How can I get a quote? |

Please email eservice@sparkfun.com with the products you are looking for (including the SparkFun product number) and the quantity of each item. A quote will be created and emailed back to you within 1-3 business days. |

How do I make a purchase with a purchase order? |
A: |
In order to make a purchase with a purchase order, you must first be approved for Net30 payment. To request Net 30 terms approval please contact eservice@sparkfun.com. Please be aware that it can take up to 2 business days for Net 30 terms requests to be reviewed. You will be contacted via email if any additional information is needed.
For approved Net30 customers: SparkFun offers two Purchase Order processing options to fit your need. Our Same-Day Shipping guarantee does not apply to Purchase Orders. If you are not approved for terms when your PO is received, the processing time provided below does not apply until you are approved. Fast Track Processing:

I am tax exempt, how can I add this to my account? |

Please email your tax exempt certificate to eservice@sparkfun.com along with your SparkFun account/customer number. If you do not have an account created yet, please create one here. We can not apply exemption for orders placed through guest checkout. |

Do you offer education discounts? |

At this time, we do not offer a special discount for educators. However, volume discounts are available and can be found on the product page or by reaching out to eservice@sparkfun.com for a quote. |

Do you offer professional development or training? |

We do not currently offer professional development. However, if you are looking to implement at a district level, we are able to offer consulting services to ensure your team feels confident teaching with our products. |

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality merchandise. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to make it right. Please see our Return Policy for more information. |

What is your fax number? |

We understand the need for fax; however, we recommend emailing us at eservice@sparkfun.com for a faster response. Sometimes things get lost over the fax line. But, if you must fax, the number is 303.443.0048. |

Do you offer donations to classrooms or school events? |

We offer hardware donations through our Community Partnership Program. Applications are reviewed and donations are awarded once per quarter. |

We’re hosting an event, can SparkFun attend? |

As much as we wish we could clone ourselves, we haven’t yet figured out how to do so. Due to limited personnel resources, we are unable to commit to attending school hosted events. |
